Usage Information: Stage Try collects information about how you use the Services, including actions you take in your Stage Try Account. We use this information to provide, improve, promote, protect our Services, and protect our users. This information includes items viewed, items purchased, timestamps, clicks, scrolling, browsing times, searches, transactions, referral pages, load times, and problems such as loading errors.

Device and Browser Information: Stage Try collects information from and about the devices you use to access the Services. Your devices, depending on their settings, your devices may also transmit location information to the Services. We use device information to identify and troubleshoot bugs.

We review User Content for content moderation purposes to enforce our community guidelines, comply with legal obligations, and prevent and respond to abuse, fraud, illegal activity, and other potentially harmful content on the Platform.

We also process information about your followers, the likes you receive and responses to content you upload, promote your content to other users, and explore whether your profile presents opportunities for collaboration.

Transactions involving Third Parties: We make available your services, products, and applications through Stage Try platform to send you related information, including confirmations and invoices, respond to comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service, support, troubleshooting, and better user experience.

Third-Party Service Providers: We employ other companies, platforms, or individuals to perform business functions. Examples include fulfilling orders for products or services, delivering packages, sending postal mail and email, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing payments, transmitting content, and providing customer service. These third-party service providers have access to personal information needed to perform their functions but may not use it for other purposes.

We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services and Stage Try Products or delete your account – whichever comes first. This is a case-by-case determination that depends on the nature of the data, why it is collected and processed, and relevant legal or operational retention needs.

When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won’t recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you isn’t part of your account and won’t be deleted. If you don’t want to delete your account but want to stop using the Products temporarily, you can deactivate your account instead.

Your Rights

We offer you settings to control and manage the personal data about you.

Access Your Data: You can ask us, free of charge, to confirm we process your personal data and for a copy of your personal data.

Delete Your Data: You can ask us to delete all or some of your personal data.

Object or Restrict Use of Data and Withdraw Consent: You can ask us to stop using some or all of your data, e.g. if we have no legal right to keep using it. Stage Try does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children’s products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use Stage Try Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or guardian.

By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you agree that you can, and are entering into a legally binding contract with Stage Try comprised of the Terms, that you are 13 years old or over and that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Permissions You Give to Us

As part of our agreement, you also give us the permissions to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.

Nothing is changing about your rights in your content. We do not claim ownership of the content you post on or through the Service. Instead, when you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Service, you hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content (consistent with your privacy and application settings). You can end this license anytime by deleting your content or account. However, content would continue to appear if you shared it with others and did not delete it.

You agree that we can download and install updates to the Service on your device.

If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a business or entity, then:

1. “You” and “Your” includes you and that business or entity.

2. You represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the business or entity with authority to bind the entity to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on the entity’s behalf.

We are constantly innovating, changing, and improving the Services. We may also amend these Terms from time to time, for instance, when we update the Services' functionality or when there are regulatory changes that impact these Terms or the Services.

We will provide reasonable advance notice such as through a statement on our Platform of any material modifications to these Terms or our Services that will materially disadvantage you or limit our Services' access or usage. However, you should also look at the Terms regularly to check for such changes.
